INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION FORM (CLOSED APRIL 2ND)
We are pleased to welcome you to the rally "Norgesløpet 2016" in Grimstad, Norway.
The rally takes place from Friday June 10th until Sunday June 12th 2016, and the occation is the celebration of Grimstad city's
200 years anniversairy!
The rally on Saturday is taking you through the most beautiful scenery including pittoresque cities and villages, archipelago and cultural inland.
There are two different routes, and vehicles in class A, B and C can choos either the shorter route (approximately 50 kms) or the longer route (118 km). The latter route includes the archipelago. Motorbikes up to 125 ccm are entitled to choose the shortest route.
Classes (similar to a FIVA B rallye):
Class A Ancestor (built before 31st December 1904)
Class B Veteran (built between 1st January 1905 and 31st December 1918)
Class C Vintage (built between 1st January 1919 and 31st December 1930)
Class D Post Vintage (built between 1st January 1931 and 31st December 1945)
Class E Post War (built between 1st January 1946 and 31st December 1960)
Class F (built between 1st January 1961 and 31st December 1970)
Class G (built from 1st January 1971 and up to 30 years)
Class H (Commercials)
Leight weight commercials (pick-ups and vans) might choose correct class according to age, but will have to follow the organizers decision.
In case of few enroled participants in glass A - G, the organizer is entitled to merge classes.
Accomodation costs (hotels, camping site, guest house) has to be paid directly upon check-in/check-out.
There are a limit number of pre-booked rooms at the official hotel; Strand Hotel Fevik.
Bookings are made based on "first come, first serve...", however there is a limited option for foreign participants.
Cancellation of rooms have to be sent kisoreng@gmail.com 2 weeks prior to arrival.
The organizer is entitled to reject registation applications in case number of participants increase the maximum within limit for a secure event.
The event is arranged based on rules according to Landforbundet av Motorhistoriske Kjøretøyklubber (www.lmk.no).
Please ask if translation of rules are required.
The registrations are not final before receipt of confirmation.

Participating fee incl. 1 x lunch, Startnumber, Roadbook: NOK 400.00 per vehicle
Additional lunch Saturday (Passengers): NOK 150.00 per person
Trophy ceremony and Dinner Saturday evening, Strand Hotel Fevik: NOK 495.00 per person
Boattrip and Museum Sunday (based on minimum 30 paying passengers): NOK 150.00 per person
Accommodation at Strand Hotel Fevik (to be paid directly)
Doubleroom per night: NOK 1.495.00
Single bedded room per night: NOK 1.195.00
